How did all this happen?
He kept his college roommates awake at night talking in his sleep. The stuff he said was so random and funny that they decided to record him one night. Nate got into to and so he started to record himself on a regular basis. He started with a voice-activated tape recorder, but now uses a digital one.
Is this for real?
Yes it is. The recordings are 100% genuine. If nate realizes he said something when he was awake and the recorder picks it up... it gets edited out.
Each recording is a pretty short recording for 7-8 hours of sleep.
We usually get a minute or so of him talking each night. He often puts a few together to make a recording.
